Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and any promotional items).
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or without original packaging cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened earphones, screen protectors, or personal care tech cannot be returned unless they are defective.

- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
If you prefer, we can exchange your item for the same product or another item of equal value (subject to stock availability).
